Irondale’s 38th Anniversary Virtual Gala

Featuring the presentation of the M. Edgar Rosenblum Award to Bill T. Jones.

We are delighted to invite you to be a sponsor of Irondale’s virtual Anniversary Gala, honoring legendary Tony award-winning choreographer, director, author and dancer, Bill T. Jones.

Our tech team has created a virtual version of The Space at Irondale, which will allow guests to move through the different rooms of our space and experience Irondale’s work, watch Bill T. Jones’ acceptance speech, enjoy musical performances, and play theater games while they interact in real time with each other.

Stay Home and Visit the “Theater” – at the same time

During a year that was full of adversities, the Irondale Ensemble Project has been busier than ever! We’ve rebranded our looks, renamed the theater – which is now called The Space at Irondale –, and we’ve created so many projects (old and new) to keep connecting with our audiences while our physical space remains closed.

After one year of social distancing, we’re looking for new ways to feel INSPIRED! So we are excited to invite you to get to know more about us and our work in a month-long series of online events that will culminate in our Virtual Gala on May 13th.

We’re creating an online version of The Space at Irondale, where you’ll be able to walk around the space, see your friends, watch live performances, read more about Irondale history and our programs.

What our Audiences are Saying

Just walking into this creative space filled me with energy, reminded me of the need for such spaces in our communities, and caused me to pause and reflect on the"possible." Irondale Center through dialogue invests time talent and resources into a vision of community that is contagious!

...a place where audiences and artists matter.

Beautiful space. Great community driven programming. A gem of a theatre.

Irondale is an innovative, community centered theater really is by visionary leadership. They make great shows. They're good people. Go see their stuff.

We experience a great pleasure every time we have come to Irondale . Irondale is a celebration of the art and humanity.
