Maria Knapp spent a month with Irondale while working on her MFA thesis on Stage Management in 1997. Upon graduation, Terry and Jim said they had no idea how they would use her, but if she could live in NYC for $400 a week, they’d like her to come join them. Over the years Maria has moved from Stage Manager to General Manager to Managing Director.
